Cymdeithas Tai Clwyd have houses, bungalows and flats within a wide area of Denbighshire, Gwynedd, Flintshire, Wrexham, Conwy and Powys. We have two offices responsible for different areas, the main office in Denbigh and an area office in Bala.

Cymdeithas Tai Clwyd is trying to allocate properties to applicants on the waiting list as fairly as possible, ensuring equality to each applicant.
If you would like to make an application for rented accommodation, you need to complete an application form to be registered on the waiting list. You can download the application form at the bottom of this page or you can contact us by telephone or by e-mail to ask for an application pack.
